Forbes: What Can Be Done About Forever Chemicals In Drinking Water?

 "PFAS, or "forever chemicals," are long-lasting substances found in water, soil, and food sources globally. According to research by the Environmental Working Group (EWG), over 7,457 U.S. locations have water supplies contaminated with PFAS, affecting over 130 million Americans. Even at low levels, PFAS can harm the immune system, hormones, and thyroid. They can also reduce the body’s response to vaccines by limiting antibody production. The widespread presence of PFAS in drinking water is a growing public health concern."
