Once order is placed, it may take up to 2 business days to process your order and up to 10 business days to arrive. Please note holidays and weather conditions may affect delivery times.
SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
Subscriptions require a minimum of three orders to receive cost savings. You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee after the initial three orders have been processed. If you cancel after an order has been processed, your subscription will be cancelled after that shipment.

Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled and/or refunded.
neaū water retains the right to cancel any order at its discretion and without prior notice. In the event of such cancellation, neaū water will refund full amount to the concerned party within an appropriate timeframe.
RETURNS
All sales are final and cannot be returned and/or refunded. If the item is wrong or damaged, please call 833-632-NEAŪ and email clear pictures to customerservice@neauwater.com
neaū water is not responsible for stolen item(s) once delivery is confirmed.
