Eligibility: The neaū water CONCACAF NATIONS LEAGUE FINALS VIP Experience Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to those who are in attendance at the Concacaf Champions League Finals at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, complete the survey and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence (which is nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska and twenty-one (21) in Indiana, Mississippi, New York and Puerto Rico), and is void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees of neaū water (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of neaū water as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.
Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on March 24th, 2:30 pm and ending March 24th 6:00 pm. All online entries must be received by March 24th 6:00 pm.
How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at [https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/KBNV3NL]. The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of neaū water. You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of neaū water.
Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Giveaway (the “Winner”) will receive up to 4 tickets to attend the 2024 Concacaf Nations League Finals Game at the neaū water VIP suite on March 24th, 2024 at 8:00 pm]. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by neaū water. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at neaū water’s discretion. The prize is non transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for neaū water to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of neaū water. To be eligible to win, each entrant must be present and seated in a ticketed seat within the stadium. neaū water shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to be at their stadium seats at time of announcement or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 minutes from the time of award notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
